Mission

The mission of Legacy Family Institute (LFI) is to promote high-quality service delivery by public and not-for-profit private agencies to families and children in crisis or needing other special supports. To accomplish this goal, we provide a variety of services ranging from staff training to research and program development.

Organization

Legacy Family Institute (LFI) is a not-for-profit organization located in Portland, Maine.  LFI provides services to public and not-for-profit agencies across the United States.  LFI was granted Section 501 ©(3) status under the Internal Revenue Code in 2000.
